KL RAHUL ACHIEVED A WORLD RECORD

 

KL Rahul scored 7 consecutive Half Centuries in international cricket. With 7 consecutive Half centuries, He held the world record. Before KL Rahul, Everton WeekesAndy FlowerShivnarine Chanderpaul, Kumar Sangakkara and Chris Rogers have achieved this record.

 

He is known as the second Rahul Dravid of India. KL Rahul becomes most reliable opener of Indian Cricket site. On the 3rd Test Match between India and Sri Lanka at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium. KL Rahul scored 85 runs though he can’t complete his century. But he registered his name on the world record for his 7 consecutive half centuries.

He has broken Rahul Dravid and Gundappa Viswanath‘s record And becomes first Indian Batsman who has scored 7 consecutive half centuries in international cricket.  His form is excellence through the year. During this, once he was suffered from injurious but his good form is continuous with his come back.

India vs Sri Lanka: –

In 3rd and Final Test Match between India and Sri Lanka, India won the Toss and elected to bat first. Both the openers of India played well. Shikhar Dhawan scored 119 (123) and KL Rahul Scored 85 (135). After 90 overs the total score of India is 329 runs at the loss of 6 wickets. Wriddhiman Saha and Hardik Pandya are not out yet.
